Kindergarten graduation teacher speech

I would like to think my sixteen year old self would be quite surprised about where she ended up and maybe even a little proud. John Ruskin once said that “Education is a painful, continual and difficult work to be done in kindness, by watching, by warning, by praise, but above all – by example.” What type of teacher would I be if in this last moment of your Tower Hill education, I choose not to lead by example? So here I stand, facing my fears just like I would want my students to do and hoping very much that I do not promptly burst into a puddle of tears. 8 Bureau of Labor Statistics, Teachers Preschool, Kindergarten, Elementary. Everyday teachers ask students to take on difficult, challenging, and even tear inducing tasks. Upon graduation from college, graduates should clearly have an idea of what they plan to academic institutions after graduation. I thought about my role as a teacher and what it means for me to stand in front of my students each and every day. B all urged me to think about the opportunity before saying no, and thinking about it is exactly what I did.

As you can imagine, when I was asked to speak today I was very honored but mostly wanted to run away as fast as possible.
